Profile Description

Experienced Real estate appointment setter that establishes relationship with qualified leads/recruits by way of cold calling. Trained to strike up impromptu conversations and explain things in a way that both engages and informs potential recruits to entertain and say yes to a phone call or  a Zoom appointment. Experience in using scripts depending if the recruits are R1s, R2s, Cappers or Megas. Experienced in doing drip campaigns, smart plans and lead nurturing.
Exposed in using tools and apps like KW Command, Broker Metric, Mail Chimp, Google Docs, Canva, Facebook, G-Voice etc with more than 10 years of call center experience under my belt and worked at companies like Dupont, Estee Lauder, AT&T and Chevron.
I have taken up courses and certifications (ITIL Foundation, PRINCE2 Foundation, AGILEShift) to keep me updated to the latest approach and methods on infrastructure industry
