I have worked as a full-time Data Analyst for an international logistics company using in-house and client-based databases (such as WMS, SAP, Oracle, MS Office) to monitor stock movements and generate reports and receipts for Warehouse Daily Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory. Worked hand in hand with Project Managers and warehouse personnel to exceed the expected Service Level Agreement.

I have worked as a full-time Technical Support Specialist for a Business-to-Business international account in a BPO company. I take in calls and chat to provide technical support to On-shore partners resolving Enterprise Messaging issues. Going the extra mile to ensure the partners have zero downtime doing their business via email applications and communication platforms (Outlook, Skype, Voltage Secure Mail, iPhone, Ipad, mobile apps) and other computer issues.

Currently, I am working full-time as a Customer Support / Process Associate for an online / ecommerce clothing brand.

One of my hobbies is creating graphic designs for different events and occasions. I've created effective ads to help boost the marketing of a relative's restaurant.
