Hi! I am Upgrade to see actual info, a Virtual Assistant by profession and a Graphics Artist by heart.

For 7 years, I have been working as a Virtual Assistant for various businesses. I specialize in admin tasks, supervising e-mail and online communications, supervising/managing marketing campaigns, and creating effective content for e-Commerce and Amazon businesses. My usual role includes but not limited to handling customer support, refunds, replacements, logistics, and other ad-hoc tasks.

Right now, my goal is to start my career in Graphics Art. I used to be in the Music Industry and it sparked my interest in this line of Upgrade to see actual info paved the way for the development of my skills. 

I already have an eye for art but creativity for graphic arts is unknown to me until I decided to dip my foot in this world of virtual assistance because I am used to expressing myself in music. But I wanted to offer more to my clients, I was eager to learn more and I love indulging myself in arts.  Yes, I am new to graphics art and I would love to have a better understanding of my new-found career.
