Amazon Product Listing and Image Specialist - I help Amazon Sellers increase sales by optimizing product listings, optimizing images, and conducting keyword research.

Social Media Manager - I totally research content and topics for my client's needs. Then I create and schedule posts and reels on Instagram and Facebook for my client's social media accounts. I have experience of designing with Canva for personal use and client work. I can follow the client's instructions on what he or she wants for their accounts.  I work with less supervision and am able to help in content recreation if needed.

LinkedIn Lead Generation strategist - I assist in profile optimization to turn a client's profile into a lead generating machine, I work with clients to establish who their ideal clients are and dUpgrade to see actual info on search categories in sales navigator, create personalized message sequence for Outreach campaigns and account Upgrade to see actual info a nutshell, I find high quality warm leads for my clients so they don't have to and they can focus on things that they're good at.

Customer Support Representative or CSR - I provide great customer experience 
while answering product inquiry, update about the product ordered, billing inquiry and lastly cancellation of orders and process Refunds. We also had a sales quota.

Technical Support Representative or TSR -  Provides great customer service, determines the problem, and remotely fix bugs and issues of the software and if it can't be fixed, recommend the best possible solution.
