• convert gathered data into graph illustrations for easy and understandable data analysis
• data analysis; identify gaps between actual results and targets and create action plans to minimize or overcome gaps
• create appropriate strategies to achieve business objectives
• implement a 5S program and an employee suggestion system effectively on an organization to promote continuous improvement on processes and generate cost-savings initiatives
• create presentations in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for business meetings and/or proposals with impact to quality and productivity
• support efficient meetings by organizing spaces and materials, documenting discussions and distributing meeting notes; organize weekly staff meetings; support logistics for programs, meetings and events, including room reservations, agenda preparation and calendar maintenance
• manage office inventory by restocking supplies and placing purchase orders to maintain adequate stock levels; process invoices and expenses using official forms to facilitate on-time payment
• welcome office visitors warmly and alert staff to arrivals of scheduled appointments; perform general office duties, including answering phone call inquiries, routing calls and delivering messages to staff.
• coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including booking airfare, hotel and ground transportation for a President & CEO, all other employee travels and guests from the US & Japan.
