Objective: Looking for full-time home-based opportunity.

Summary:
Transitioned into a product management role where I work on creating solutions that would drive value to achieve business objectives.

Responsible for all components or modules under the specific product areas. Own and manage all aspects of the module planning. Responsible for creating relevant artifacts and work closely with the stakeholders/leaders to deliver all the needed features and functionality of the business.

Previously a Talent Acquisition professional with 6+  years of recruiting
experience with a positive attitude under pressure and welcomes the challenges
and responsibility of identifying and placing job candidates and producing
results to client.
 
Manage sourcing candidates by leveraging recruiting software using
Bullhorn, Zoho, CareerBuilder, Indeed and Monster and LinkedIn.
 
Recruiting experience in the area of:
IT Professionals, Engineering, Human Resources, Healthcare professionals, Finance & Accounting, Executives, Corporate, Banking and Blue-Collar industry.
