For the past 13 years, I've had different experiences from the IT and BPO Industry. And I'm proud to say that I'm already working for more than EIGHT YEARS as an independent well-rounded professional freelancer.
I'm a tech savvy certified individual with stellar customer service skills and excellent management skills. I have a wide range of experiences with Windows and Mac Operating Systems, PC Hardware/Software maintenance and troubleshooting, Computer Networking, Remote Desktop Administration, web research. reports generation, data entry and Microsoft Office Suite. I also have an experience managing a team and recruiting competitive people to acquire a job online.
My greatest goal is to be a part of a company where I can utilize all my skills. And still keep learning for me to be able to climb up the corporate ladder and be responsible enough so that my clients will entrust me more jobs and responsibilities for the success of the project that will be provided to me.
