Hi, I've been working as an Administrative Assistant for more than 3 years already and 6 years in the BPO industry. I have already experienced working either day or night shifts. I am computer literate and able to do tasks with Microsoft Office, can speak and write in the English language, can easily adapt to any changes within the management, can work even not under supervision, and conduct research as required. I enjoy working as a voice or non-voice Customer Service Representative. I can also do Data Entry, Answer chat or emails of the clients, Transcribe audio recording, work with Word document, Excel Sheets and PowerPoint Presentation. I have experience in collecting and consolidating orders, appointment settings, and other logistics tasks.
