I previously worked in the Customer Service Industry (BPO) for more than 8 years as a Senior Account Executive. My experience of more than eight years in Customer Service honed my "people skills" or "soft skills" to advantage in dealing with customers. Over the years, I've learned the art of active listening, patience, and empathy. I also developed keen organizational skills and strong work ethic in effort to deliver effective Customer Service. Managing conflict and issue resolution is the most challenging part since this is the core of the job but is highly achievable. Customer Service is such a big word in every business. It is one of the determining factors in the success of a company in running a business. Bad customer service may cost millions to a company, whereas, good customer service will put a company in a competent advantage.
