Profile Description

You can rely on me on composing business correspondences such as emails, transactions both face to face and over the phone. I had been using Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) on a daily basis from the previous organizations that I had been with, I had experience for E-Commerce, B2B, Technical, Retail and Electronics.
I had worked with major banks in the Philippines for New Accounts Teller in which we guide clients on account openings, loans, forex and answer queries and handle escalations on face to face, over the phone or via email in which it is
equivalent to receptionist and administrative assistant position within the bank's premises.
My last employment was with LG Dubai and had worked as the Supervisor for their Contact Center for more than 3 years, in which I had experienced leading 22 members and transacting with 9 service centers of LG across the Gulf.
