My previous experience includes managing people remotely, which involves managing all of the software and tools they use such as dialer, CRM, and third party communication applications. Our center started as a work from home company until the owner eventually decided to open his call center in the Philippines. I was part of the core support who has developed the operation processes and client relations. I have an extensive experience in the BPO industry, even general virtual assistant support which was my previous company's main industry before we changed it to BPO.
