I worked as an English tutor and an office clerk prior to joining the BPO industry way back 2008. I have acquired skills such as Data Encoding, Telemarketing, Appointment Setting, Pre-Sales Support, English Tutoring, Email/Chat/Phone Support/Marketing, Copy Typing and Payments Processing, also has experience with SMM, E-commerce VA. I am also knowledgeable in using Microsoft and google applications. I am very keen to details, focused, hardworking and mindful of my deadlines. I can work with minimal supervision and can be trained easily. These are just a few of the skills I have acquired through my work experiences that enables me to deliver beyond expectations.
