I do,Performs daily administrative duties such as answering phone calling,taking messages and attending phone inquiries, maintain proper filing & documentation system, prepare quotations, delivery orders, invoices and other related documents, To handle customer's inquiries & complaints and ensure customer satisfaction, Responsible for daily sales operation, Collect all the comments from the customer and feedback to manager for product and service improvement purposes, Follow up with monthly debtors collections ,taking minutes, Maintain confidentiality and interact professionally with all level of management and the staffs, Responsible for calculation of time sheets and updating records,Keeping Control Office in a neat & Tidy Condition and  prepared to work overtime as and when required to do so.
