Profile Description

My area of expertise is mainly in customer service role. I interact directly with people and responsible for creating
an experience that people love, enjoy for that reason they would return to play or continue to make purchase.
I have a brief hands-on experience in managing social media account such as creating and scheduling posts and
increase visibility to catch the attention of potential Upgrade to see actual info some areas of my job, I was also involved in Real Property. I was a virtual assistant assigned in voice and sms
roles. I set, communicate and maintain timelines and priorities on every project; I also communicate, maintain and
develop client and supplier relationships. I manage operational and administrative functions to ensure that projects
are delivered efficiently. I also provide motivation, direction, and support to the team. Being responsible for all
projects from start to finish, ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery.
Before I was in the online industry, I was a chat host representative which was a commission based account selling
porn sites that we didn't know was illegal. My customer service experience brought me opportunities that developed
my people management skills. I was an enumerator for National Statistics Office where we do house to house survey
where we talk to people or ask information that we need to know about them.
