Profile Description

I have over 4 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Recruitment and Client Relations in the virtual and corporate settings. I handled Healthcare, Hotel and Restaurant, IT, Sales and Marketing and Managerial Roles with clients in US, Australia, and the Philippines. I am experienced in end to end cycle of recruitment from sourcing through different tools and platform (Zip Recruiter, Indeed, Jobstreet, Jobsdb) cold calling, appointment setting, conducting paper screening and initial interview, background check, database (CRM [Infusionsoft] & Applicant Tracking System [Hireology]) and calendar management as well Project management (Basecamp) and Psychological Testing and Evaluation if needed. I have good exposure in general Human Resources and knowledge in Philippine Labor Law and was recommended for promotion twice in a different company.
I am a Licensed Teacher, with an undergraduate of A.B. Psychology and an ongoing MA in Guidance and Counseling from De la Salle University- Dasma.

I am self-motivated, multi-tasker, fast learner, tech-savvy, seeker of knowledge and can work with zero to minimal supervision even in a fast-paced environment.
