Profile Description

As an Admin. Assistant working in a construction company, I am the primary representative of the company when it comes to meeting clients, answering and attending any inquiries. I'm also the one who made the necessary reports and updates about the company policies, profile, etc. I report directly to the President of the company about the status and progress of operation in our project sites. Data encoding, sending of reports and important files via email or mail, making presentations and and relaying information to other company departments, I'm also in charge for processing and renewing of important legal documents such as Business permit, clearances to be able to continue the company's expansion and operation.
