Working as a Customer Sales Representative for 2 years and as a Customer Service representative for 5 years I was able to gain skills that will help become a qualified virtual assistant both in sales and customer services. I was also given a chance to train as a Inside Sales Associate for mortgage and real estate.
As a Customer Sales Representative I deal with selling and upselling the product specifically for flights, hotel and car rentals. Im proud to say that Im a consistent top sales agent. I always make sure to help the customers with their needs and make them feel that everything will be just fine.
With my experience as a Customer Service Representative I deal with customers with high expectations and needs. Same as with my previous experience, as a Customer Service Representative the most important thing is so make sure that the customer feel the sincerity and the willingness to help to resolve the issue.
