I've handled telecommunication and e-commerce accounts. I assisted my clients and customers over the phone, via chat, and through emails. I also became a virtual assistant, where I called prospective clients and gathered their information. I've learned how to communicate with various clients and customers thanks to the extensive training I received from my previous jobs. They taught me how to maintain outstanding communication skills on the phone, via chat, and via email, as well as how to use a wide range of tools and programs.

In my previous jobs, I have proven to be an effective and efficient consultant with a historical record of being consistent in exceeding my client's expectations. Due to my excellent performance, I've always been part of the top-performing consultants all year round. I hope that I'll be able to share these skills while working with you.
