Good day! It is truly my pleasure having you read and review my profile. I worked in a call center business since 2006 under Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT). I started working at its subsidiary called ePLDT Ventus as a Customer Service Representative. I handled customer calls from simple to complex queries about their prepaid account under Smart Communications. I’ve been a consistent top CSR for that account. Becoming an achiever gave me the opportunity to be transferred to SmartLoad account which provided me a higher salary. I handled queries from SmartLoad retailer account, SmartLoad dealer account, and Smart Money too. Working hard on those accounts and providing quality service to our clients, lead me to become the Top 1 Customer Service Representative in our company. My superiors acknowledged my skills so they promoted me as an Assistant Team Leader for the accounts stated earlier. After a couple of years working on those accounts, our Operations Manager asked those top performers including myself, if we are interested to be transferred to another account called “Universalist”. Meaning, we will be handling all the accounts under SMART and PLDT accounts namely, Smart prepaid and postpaid subscribers, Smart Load retailers and dealers, Smart Bro (internet) subscribers and Smart money subscribers. I decided to apply and after series of exams and interviews, I got accepted and
