I have been exposed to both inbound and outbound sales my whole work experience. I started as an inbound sales representative at Stream Global Services for almost 3 years. I then transferred to Vector BPO as an outbound sales rep. Vector BPO closed so I transferred to Author Solutions Philippines Incorporated and started as a Publishing Consultant (outbound sales rep). After a few years of performing well, I got promoted to a Sales Supervisor. I still take calls and also manage a team. Being a supervisor and a sales rep at the same time is kind a challenging and fulfilling. One of the most important lesson I've learned is about time management. Being able to help and coach reps and at the same time being able to manage my personal quota.
I am interested to work full time and become a contributor to the company I will work for. I am very hardworking, highly trainable and very open to constructive criticism.
