Profile Description

I have an experience working on the BPO industry for 12 years and I want to use my experience, skills and knowledge as freelancer to gain more knowledge in customer support, and in other field. I have a stUpgrade to see actual infog knowledge in supporting customer through chat and emails, and my goal is to resolve every issue of the customer by helping them for their Upgrade to see actual info addition to that, I have also knowledge using the Microsoft excel and Google Sheets. I work as a reporting analyst as well, which I always use as my tool for my daily work and to assist clients on their data on a daily basis.
