I have strong background in all aspects of office management, from scheduling meetings and coordinating travel to overseeing budget & accounting functions; project management, from preparing Bill of Quantity, communicating with the vendors for quotation, preparing all back up documents required and presenting the hotel projects to the General Manager and the Owner of the company.
Also, I have a knowledge in Trello Assistant Workflow; responsible in preparing Australian Tax Office Reports, Workpapers and Planning Meeting Form; adding New Clients to Corporate Affairs System (CAS - prepare Form 362, RA 71, data download & comparison report; downloading ASIC Invoices; prepare Company Statement Package, Minute & Letter; setting up and cancelling contracts for the annual company statement fees; prepare ASIC Fee Chase-ups - reminder to pay ASIC Invoice - prepare debt reports and update the spreadsheet; save signed financial statements, BAS/IAS, income tax returns, trust minutes, dividend statements and PAYG payment summary statements; signed and Disbursements - Xero, Receipt Bank and Quick Books.
