Hello!

I am Upgrade to see actual info, a licensed Civil Engineer in Philippines and worked as a Quantity Surveyor in Singapore since March 2012 up to May 2020. I have also worked in Philippines as a Site Engineer and Purchasing Engineer from Year 2009 to Year 2012.

 I have worked as a Contracts & QS Manager in one of the major Waterproofing specialist company in Singapore. I'ved worked in the company for more than 5 years and we are handling infrastructure, industrial, commercial and residential projects. Our major projects include MRT lines and stations, Upgrade to see actual info Singapore Sports Hub and Marina Bay Sands. As a Contracts & QS Manager I'm assigned to lead, monitor and coordinates works with team members, allocates tasks and provides effective supervision; monitor and assists projects and procurement in project costing related matters; manage and prepares contracts documentation and schedules and the provision of professional advice and support in all tender exercises; supervises QS on project progress claims, subcontractor claim, extension of times (EOT) and variation claims.  
 
I have resigned from my current job as i have to take care of my son. But I still want to pursue my career that's why I dUpgrade to see actual info to work at the comfort of my home. I am open for job offers at 6-8 hours a day, may it be freelance, part-part time or full time job. I am so dedicated & passionate when it comes to work that's what I always get promotion & increment when I am still working in the corporate company. I have initiative to learn things & willing to be trained. I am open for the discussion for the rates & can accept fixed rate per project. 

The tools that I am using for Quantity take off & Bill of Quantities is Microsoft Excel and for the measuring & demarcation of drawings are Autocad, Bluebeam. If you require a new software, I am more than willing to learn & study it.
