I work as a Customer Service Representative on a BPO company wherein I handled Healthcare and Telco account for a US clients.
I was able to provide benefits of our insurance, encode the claims of the members and computing the monthly cost for their prescription.
Lastly, still in BPO company as CSR but for Telco account on US client again, here I was able to master my Problem solving skills, working under stress but still being passionate on helping
