I have 3 years of extensive experience in handling Administrative task.
During my first work as a training clerk I have maintained a tracker of all sales consultants and their progress in each training program before deployment.
When I worked in Manulife for John Hancock, we also use MS Excel to track pending retirement cases, and I have also handled 15 to 16 contracts a day which normally takes 30 minutes per contract, but I can say I am able to manage my tasks and find efficiencies to be more productive and go beyond what is expected of me.
I have also worked with Accenture where I was assigned to work as Technical support for Microsoft products so I could say I have additional knowledge in navigating thru MS Office applications and have been given commendations by clients for being a good communicator as I service clients globally.
