Experienced as an Inbound and Outbound Sales Agent (AT&T) in the line of business with Mobility Sales and Service (MSS). In-charge in keeping updated knowledge of AT&T’s goods and services up to date; answer questions regarding AT&T services, offers, travel, and invoices from customers; provide great and timely customer service to increase client retention and loyalty; answer phone calls from customers and finishes work order; recognize consumer needs and make suitable product and rate recommendations; create new ways for customers to buy AT&T  goods and services; accept payment, enrollment, renewal, and other service issues from customers; handle and address client complaints as soon as possible; effortlessly handle a huge number of consumer calls.

Experienced as an Amazon PPC Manager in Amazon Seller Central handling Amazon PPC bidding, Inventory, Social Media Marketing, Encoding, Proficient in Google Docs and Spreadsheet. 
Experienced as a Virtual Assistant with expertise in Microsoft Excel. I perform and develop querying, reporting, analysis and sharing tasks through Web Intelligence using SAP Business Object.
