Profile Description

Hi, I'm a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management graduate year 2014. After I graduate, I started working in a BPO company. I started as a collection agent with soft skilled in skip tracing for a car finance account in the US.
Then after a year, I got promoted as a QA analyst. My work is to deliver good quality in all agent's accounts, product knowledge, and customer satisfaction in every call. I’m auditing outbound and inbound calls for both US and Canada Portfolio, every month our team(QA ’s) reshuffled workloads so that all of us will know how to handle each portfolio that needs to evaluate and learn what is the process of every product specification.
So I stayed as a QA analyst for almost 4 years and by that time I’m one of the tenured in our team. 

Currently, I enjoyed working at home as a 360 tour editor for a freelance account with a UK client. I've started last year 2020 and I have a great time doing it. We just need to connect all the specific images and align them to the right room where they should be. 
As an editor, we created a 2D plan and 3D plan as well to visualize the reality of the property selling. 
I'm open to new skills and jobs that will be offered, I'm a hardworking person and an active listener. I'm willing to learn and create new Ideas especially when it can contribute to the success of the team and the company.
