My proficiency includes handling Web Research Projects, Data Entry, Virtual Assistance, Basic WordPress, Lead Generation, Adobe Photoshop, Web Scraping, Social Media, PDF Conversion, Google Sheets and Google Apps, Light Bookkeeping, Product Listing (Shopify, Ebay, Woocommerce, Ecommerce), and Microsoft Office.
I have flexible work time.
**My skills set covers the following and I’m continually learning:
• Adobe Photoshop - photo manipulation and editing images (removing and adding background, imprint, logo) for product to be uploaded on the website.
• Google Apps - create and extracting contact information, product information, and store in drive, etc.
• Microsoft Office - product creation, presentation, and web research
• Data Scraper - scrape and extracts data, contact information manually, automatically, and using extension out of web pages and import it into Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets.
• Lead Generation/ Data Mining/ Data Collection - Generate leads manually. Extracting email address, contact information and validate it using mail tester and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Virtual Assistant - Handling products (research and updating product information and images), email handling, remove and update contacts from database and managing orders, adding Word Press post, events, pages, setup automation.
• Light Bookkeeping - uploading invoices in the CRM. Tracing invoices and receipts to help accountants' life more manageable.
