I started working since I was a teenage girl, juggling one part-time job with others. I was an Academic tutor during my years in high school until I got into the University. I also did assistant jobs in marathons and triathlons.  And at 19 I started working in the BPO industry. I had been a call center representative from 2013 until the later part of 2019.

I landed my first call center post as a Senior Retention Representative for a Canadian Telecommunications account. Then my years in the BPO industry continued. For my 2nd post, I got hired as a Technical Support Representative for an American Company for their home phone, television, and internet. I moved to the insurance field as a Provider Specialist for an American Medical Insurance company. I moved to the pharmacy insurance area and became a Pharmacy Home Delivery Associate for Medicare Upgrade to see actual infoarching for greater opportunities, I became a Sales Development Representative for a start-up Life Insurance agency and did lead generation and appointment setting.

I've also been an ESL home-based teacher for a while now. And during the later part of 2019, I shifted to Virtual Assistance and had been working as an Executive and Admin Assistant for an Australian company. I handle email management, customer support, data entry, reporting, email marketing, and more. I also received training for Gsuite, marketing, CRM, some team management applications like Asana and Trello, and some creative tools like Canva.
