I have been in the BPO industry for more than 10 years with extensive Leadership experience handling a team of professionals specializing in Sales, Customer Service and Finance.
For 3 years, I have worked as a Freelancer who does B2B/B2C, Sales calls, Freight tracking, Dispatching and other operational tasks for a US Freight Brokerage and Logistics Company. I also worked as a Sales Closer for an AU based Solar company where we initially set appointments for demo, to closing the sale.
I have exposure on the basics of Human Resource, primarily on the Recruitment side. I have facilitated different type of interviews, Onboarding and Deployment for Entry level to Mid-Executive Positions while working in the Corporate Industry. I also pre-screen candidates, set appointments and conduct interviews for applicants to be onboarded for a Logistics Firm based in the US.
With over 10 years in the Service industry, I’ve worked on many of the Account Program’s critical projects that helped shaped the working culture and paved the way for numerous process improvement for the betterment of the account and the people we work with.
With every project I work on:
i. I anticipate potential roadblocks and kept the team on track to meet milestones
ii. I liaise between departments, understanding individual issues and providing optimal solution
iii. I learned how to use and incorporate different styles of leadership and tools on the fly to remain on the top of our game and KPIs are met on a timely manner.
