I am genuinely enjoying the Customer Service industry. I am proud of sharing my ability of helping people with years of experience in Customer Service both on the telephone and face to face. I have experiences with upselling, troubleshooting, and tech support too. I have learned how to build relationships, handle complaints, and maintain a positive and friendly disposition. I am more than willing to learn more if I get hired and be able to use my wealth of experience to attain employment in a customer service role.
I have worked in the office doing admin tasks for 3 years. It was a simple office tasks since the office is not that big. Quite few data entries here and there, making presentations and setting up an appointment for my boss.
