Profile Description

I started in the BPO last 2018 as an IT Remote Helpdesk Support (Tier 2). I also have experience in Customer Service, Sales/Cold Calling, Chaser and then was promoted as a Logistics Manager for a Remote Patient Monitoring Company. I stayed in one call center for over 3 years. I am now looking for an online job because of the benefits of working from home. I am a hardworking, detail oriented and patient type of person. I am looking forward to expand more on my skills and knowledge that I have learned through my previous experiences.
