Profile Description

As a successful global HR Shared Services Process Manager, I have led startup HR teams, and did project management for transitioning HR work from different countries to HR Philippines. Touching all facets of HR from Hire to Retire, I have worked closely with business leaders and managers in providing best-in-class HR services particularly in the areas of Performance Management, Global Mobility, Rewards and Recognition, Talent Acquisition, and HR Analytics. As an Industrial Engineering graduate with MBA, I provide solutions that address process efficiencies, automation, Root Cause Analysis, and documentations. I have also more than 8 years experience in handling SAP-HCM and HR SuccessFactors, translating business requirements into a system solution, while focusing on data integrity. I also worked for almost 5 years in a BPO industry as a Senior Workforce Analyst (forecasting, scheduling, system analyst), managing teams remotely from the corporate office.
