Profile Description

• 8+ years’ experience in Database/CRM Management, Segmentation, and Email Automation.
• 8+ years’ progressive experience in Marketing Strategy, Customer Analytics, Data Mining, Data Analysis and Reporting
• 4+ years’ experience in Digital/Online Marketing and Web Analytics
• With experience in system migration, database transition, data mapping, building database dictionary
• Extensive experience supporting and collaborating with multiple business units across organization.
• Experience with a Start-up company (Digital Marketing), multinational IT, Online Publishing and Education industry.
• Completed multiple Yellow Belt projects which improve the efficiency of the process within Marketing and Sales. (Lead Tracking Process, Campaign and Tactic Coding System, Data Request Automation and Campaign Effectiveness Tracking for B2B Partner Rewards)
• Experience with CRM Tools: Netsuite, Siebel, iJento and Oracle OnDemand
• Experience with (BI) Business Intelligence tools: Oracle BI Enterprise Edition and Oracle Hyperion Intelligence (BrioQuery)
• Experience with Marketing Automation tools: Eloqua, IBM Unica and, ActiveCampaign
• Experience with Digital Marketing tools: Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics (with individual certification), Google Ads, Hotjar, ClickFunnel
• Other tech skills include: SQL, Excel, Segment and Mixpanel
