I don't have experience yet but I have 4 years of experience in being a customer service in credit cards from two American Financial firms which data entry and updating of their accounts is being done and I also speak in English fluently because most of the customers that I have been dealing are Americans. I am still willing to learn and if training is needed I am willing to do so just so I can get the job done.
