Profile Description

I deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call
software, via remote connection or over the Internet; I always interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services;
Gathering customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms by asking probing questions; I always follow standard processes and procedures to be able to help customers with their technical issues. Making sure of being able to direct customer problems to appropriate resource. Offers alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business and importantly being able to organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations.
