Dear Hiring Managers,
First and foremost, thank you so much for dropping by to my profile or checking-out my profile. I would like to express my strong interest in the Real Estate Outbound Cold Caller Position. I am confident that my previous experience will help me to be successful in this job, in line with this is my strong communication skills that makes me an ideal candidate for this job. 
Currently. I am looking for a Part-time Position however I can render an over-time if needed. 
The skills that was inculcated to me will be of great help in accomplishing the task that will be given to me . I can consider myself as a suitable applicant for this job for I already have an experience in this field. I know that cold calling may be a difficult task or work but I am always motivated to finish the given task to me with acquired flexibility and strong work ethics.  I prefer not to be verbatim but if your company requires to follow the script then it will be fine to me. I have no attendance issue at all, however for now i can only work under part-time position. To be honest i don't have so much years of experience in here but i am a career driven person. Though i already have the preset skills needed for this job, I am still eager to learn new things. I am willing to undergo coachings and trainings. I do have the Materials or 
Tools needed for this job. 

Experience/s
* Former Inbound Sales Representative - we do place the customers orders and provide them quality service. We sometimes handle customer complaints but we are advice to transfer them to the customer service department. We are using an application which is solely dedicated for the account but whenever it needs an update we do used web-based platform or application
* Former Outbound Cold Caller (Real Estate Account/Campaign) - this was my very recent job before i landed to my full-time teaching job. I was Exposed to different clients based in USA, we are calling in behalf of them. We are advised to produce quality leads. Our clients provide us an application to give calls to those homeowners and CRM along with calling list. 

Able to do the Following:
* Can do Cold Calling for homeowners, our prospects.
* I am able to handle inbound calls related to real estate.
* I can work with minimal supervisions. 
* I can be verbatim and not.
* I am able to use CRM (PODIO) and familiar with these diallers (MOJO,       CALLTOOLS, XENCALL)
* Verify the details of the property from Zillow, Trulia and even at Upgrade to see actual info
* I can do basic Skip Tracing (Willing to learn, furthermore)

I can work both Independently and also with a team. I am very much willing to undergo trainings and coachings for I know that it is necessary for my improvement. I am confident enough that you will find my skills and experience qualified for this Position. Thank you with much anticipation!
