Quality Assurance Specialist
•Medical Benefit Testing/Auditing (Healthcare Benefit – US)
 - Audit/Review every single account completed by the Operations using the       SOPs, Tools and Workflow process provided by the client.
•Medical Benefit Coding / Health Plan Automation
 - Coding/Setting up the Health Benefits of the Customer into the System provided by the Client.
???Email Management
 - Making sure to respond all emails based on its Priority Status.
•Inventory Management
 - Complete all inventory that is assigned to my bucket by the specific given TAT per Inventory type.
•Health Claims Processing
 - Pay or Deny the Health claim using the SOPs, Tool and Workflow process provided by the client.
•New Hire Training Support
 - Support the New Hire folks until they meet the End State Status.
•Reporting
 - End of Day Report
 - Inventory Report
 - Team Quality Report

General Virtual Assistance
•Data Entry in Word, or Google Docs
•Transcription (transcribing voicemail, video or audio, podcasts etc.
