I am a 5-year Virtual Assistant to clients who are very busy enough to do time-consuming tasks. I help clients make their roles or work easier and faster.
I am a Virtual Assistant for Dental Clinics in USA and Canada. I verify patient’s dental insurance and check eligibility. I handle the clinic’s social media accounts for marketing and make sure I handle their CRM to manage leads or potential new patients, making sure I reply and call them to book appointments or consultations. I enter payments from the insurance and closed claims on the patient’s account in our system. For the most part, I’ve been doing cold calling and appointment setting for 4 years now, not just for dental clinics but for real estate, digital marketing agencies, insurance, law firms, etc.
