Airbnb Case Manager for almost 3 years. I have extensive knowledge in handling transactions for short stay rentals (Office and Residential ) across platforms such as Airbnb, Expedia, Upgrade to see actual info, Homeaway, VRBO, and Trip advisor.Currently a Home-based lead for 2 years now handling a pool of high caliber agents (Previous Airbnb Case Managers). Trained and honed a support team to help Property managers | Apartment owners manage their business and potentially scale it up. I manage CalenUpgrade to see actual info and listings. I can provide inputs to boost performance as a host. I have experience in pricing optimization. Expert in handling cases on issues such as Check-in and check-out, Reservation queries, ongoing reservations, payments and payout issues, Resolution cases, coordination of cleaning and maintenance concerns. I am knowledgeable on policies and procedures with the best resolution to benefit host and owners and most importantly protect their interest. At present, My team and I have been in the property management offshore support since 2017. Currently my roster team of ex-Airbnb employees are supporting a number of clients across the globe, small scale, medium scale and property management companies who needed a core team to support their expansion.
