Profile Description

I have been working in BPO Industry for almost 8 years. I worked with Expedia Travel account for a year. We book, change and cancel reservations from customers all over the world. I also worked with Intuit Payroll. There, we are assisting employers to pay their employees using our software. I then transferred to At&T Telco Account. I was taking call for more than a year before working as Subject Matter Expert for 7 months and SDA Agent Technical Trainer for 8 months.

I also have experience working as Virtual Assistant with amazon. I fulfill orders using Shopify and Amazon Central Seller. I was once an Appointment Setter with Professional Cleaning Solutions as well, for 6 months. I've been with Credit Repair Panda as Sales Representative for 8 months.

My experienced has helped me improve my leadership skills, hone my organization skills and has provided me with the extensive knowledge of how to handle different types of customer with excellent customer experience. I have underwent a lot of leadership training and certification. I have excellent communication skills, good at explaining things simply and clearly, expert in delivering bad news in a positive way which I think is one of the most important skills for customer service.
