I also have experience working as Virtual Assistant with amazon. I fulfill orders using Shopify and Amazon Central Seller. I was once an Appointment Setter with Professional Cleaning Solutions as well, for 6 months. I've been with Credit Repair Panda as Sales Representative for 8 months.
My experienced has helped me improve my leadership skills, hone my organization skills and has provided me with the extensive knowledge of how to handle different types of customer with excellent customer experience. I have underwent a lot of leadership training and certification. I have excellent communication skills, good at explaining things simply and clearly, expert in delivering bad news in a positive way which I think is one of the most important skills for customer service.
