It has been already ten years since I started my journey as a licensed real estate appraiser. I have made appraisals of various classification of properties for businessmen and entrepreneurs within the southern part of my country. The profession has brought me to different places, made me meet different kinds of people, and taught me a lot of things.

But the most important of all is that it made me see things from a different perspective.

As an appraiser, I am not just giving value to land (and/or building), I am changing the lives of my clients.
 
ME AS A REAL ESTATE APPRAISER:

Also, I am a professionally trained copywriter. Copywriting fascinated me about a year ago and being a holder of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, the craft hits home.

I have implemented copywriting in every marketing material we do in my past restaurant Upgrade to see actual info made our brand stick to the minds of people up to now even though it does not exist anymore. 

Writing copy for me is more than just writing to get sales, it is writing to connect and give value to people.  It enables an idea or solution to reach those who need it and helps them uplift their lives.

Through the years of practicing real estate, I have often encounter poorly described properties posted in the market.  It is really frustrating to see beautiful assets not being given their worth. To me, it is not giving justice to the property and in a way lessens its desirability in the market.

A property should be highlighted in a way that it makes perfect sense for the prospect to make it their Upgrade to see actual info should shine with worth.  They should know what will they get beyond the monthly payments or the compass-related landmarks.

They want to know what will they get from this property. The new things that they will discover and experience once they walk into that real estate’s main entrance.

How do we communicate this?

Through real estate copywriting.
