I've been working as a call center agent for 5 years.
The longest account I handled deals with hotel professionals (GM, Hotel supervisors and staffs, owners etc.) so professionalism and accuracy on all concerns and requests I receive is a must. We need to keep in mind that every updates we process are revenue impacting to the property.
I had a fair share of commendations both from my customers and clients.
Back in high school, I've been joining essay contests and won some of them. During my elementary days, I've joined our newspaper club wherein I was selected as an English Feature Writer. I was a working student with a full time job in call center industry during my college years and I recently graduated with a diploma course, so I had a hard time being active in extra curricular activities on my academe. Nevertheless, I was able to juggle both school and work, so multi tasking is a skill I have developed throughout the years.
To sum up my skills, I am an experienced and commendable customer service specialist, with above average comprehension, great interpersonal and multitasking skill. Honest and reliable with positive attitude. Open to any new learning and a perfectionist on any task being handed to me.
