Responsible in meeting and assisting arriving guests at the airport and providing them the transportration needed going to the hotel, making sure that they arrive at the hotel safely and securely.
Responsible in assisting guests who want to check in at the hotel, providing them thel list of available rooms and rates.
Responsible in providing guests the right information when they want to avail tour packages.
Cocierge duties and responsibities in a 5 star hotel.
I also own and manage a
small retail clothibg business both online and brick and mortar store. I basically do everything from purchasing, marketing/advertising, posting of items online, shipping, etc. I manage my online store alone but I have two part time employees who help me in manning the brick and mortar store.
