I've worked as a customer support representative for 2 years and 3 months and throughout my experience, I learned a lot about customer service and other people's perspectives. The customer service portals that I have experience with are Zendesk, Fresh-desk, Re: amaze, and Gorgias. I'm also tech-savvy - right now, I'm pursuing my studies in Information Technology and I plan to be a computer programmer specializing in data management in the future. I know a lot about data entry as well since the first company that I worked with focused on data management of Medical Documents.
