Profile Description

Scrum Master and Technical Lead with a focus on mobile app development. Have helped organizations create, rewrite, and replace mobile apps for middle to large size enterprises. Able to help with strategy, roadmaps, and flushing out of requirements.
Can bridge the gap between stakeholders and developers by answering client concerns, translating technical opportunities and risk, and removing blocks that hinder development. Has led teams of up to 8 developers that include a mix of on-shore and offshore members using Agile methodologies.
Efficient in delivering across the entire app life cycle –concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to Play Store or App Store and do support, able to establish standards for the different platforms which allows the optimization of the performance of the app, has excellent communication skills which makes technical to non-technical person understand the technologies and solutions implemented on the project. A leader and a team-player that has led multiple projects to successful completion, has done all of these with minimal supervision to none at all.
