Profile Description

I have a technical background in programming and network administration.
For the past few years, I have a diverse work experiences. I worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (remote & office) in a non-profit organization. I lead a team of data entry specialists tasked in data collection for storage and analysis. I am responsible for measuring, monitoring & evaluating of projects undertaken by agency and ensure consistency in objectives & using success indicators to deliver timely & relevant reports. I provide support to the internal stakeholders for our in-house developed web-based & desktop application and also to the programmers by providing feedback, suggestions, and report bugs thru a ticketing system. Before that, I worked as a Systems Analyst at a food processing company. I analyse client’s business requirements and processes through document analysis, interviews, and workflow analysis. And after that, I translate these requirements into tangible deliverable such as functional specifications, user cases, user stories, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams. The two positions are totally different and I enjoyed it.
I also worked as Library Assistant after college, I installed, maintained, and repaired computer infrastructures. Performed circulation desk procedures, such as checking in and checking out of materials, registering patrons and processed library patrons.
