In two years time I got promoted to tier 1 supervisory
I was handling the Number Portability Department. During my time there, I am proud to say that I was able to address some
of the problems in the department that resulted to a huge increase in our performance. I had to learn new things in order to
excel. I created tools and programs that helped the entire team improve their productivity and reach their goal. Working for
more than 8 years in the BPO industry helped me improve and even learn new skills.
