I later was hired as a manager to 2 startup companies who respectively have a data and content team (technical writing) and a virtual assistant and sales team.

-Supervising departmental KPIs: Help Desk, Groups & Key Accounts, each team composing 6-10 people 
-Shift Supervisor: with each shift around 30 people, focusing on reaching and exceeding known KPIs 
-International Airline Key Accounts support for distinct groups and personnel
-Receiving supervisor calls, training staff, providing department reports and monthly goals, and setting sales targets and monitoring staff performance  

Senior Web Content & Data Administrator:  
-Designing and managing a content strategy 
-Creating guidelines on copyright, privacy, and web accessibility 
-Working knowledge of Search engine optimization (SEO) 

Manager: 
-Data, Content, International Education Affairs: 
-Handling overall data and project planning and processing control and pricing strategies 
-Meeting sales by providing updated processes for universities and students 
-Building and developing business partnerships 
-Responsible for commercial and marketing strategy and creating and monitoring social media output and feedback 
-Facilitating recruitment for all levels
