• Can do anything-manage accounts, process orders, contact suppliers, bulk CSV order processing, etc.
• Can maintain Macy's Account Easily
WELLCARE:
• Manage their account, health insurance benefits, contact other health office affiliates depends on their needs, and schedule them if needed.
Telstra:
• Manage their account, assisting them in technical issues regarding their mobile phone and coverage.
Sirius XM
• Doing outbound calls to collecting payments for their subscription, saving customers from cutting their subscription by giving better deals/Plans.
